The bulletin is done and I’m about ready to go to bed.
I did all my exercises today, including the HR and NT. That and my 100% raw diet plus my bedtime are three habits I have established with the 21 Day Challenge.
Breakfast was OJ and a banana/blueberry/spinach smoothie. Break was an orange. Lunch was bananas and tomatoes.
Then, when I got home, I had more OJ and some pineapple that I’d killed yesterday or the day before. I don’t remember when. I do remember that I didn’t remember to say that I had a few bites of it when I cut it up. After that, I had tomatoes. Later on, it was a mango. It wasn’t as ripe as I like but it was better than most of the winter mangos I get in the supermarket. This is one that I got through the co-op.
It’s time to get myself to bed! Goodnight!
