I slept as long as I wanted to this morning after getting to bed at 10:01. I let Twinkle sleep wherever she wanted which was on my bed most of the night. Don’t know if it will work for tonight or not.
I measured and exercised this morning. Still haven’t lost any more weight but the tape measure said that I’m down a quarter of an inch each in my upper and lower abs and an inch in my waist!
Breakfast was OJ and banana/raisin “oatmeal”. Then I had a kiwi and half a large mango. Later, I had a banana/peach/spinach/agave nectar smoothie. I drank that while my daughter and I had a good long visit. They are starting their plants for summer. She said my SIL had sent me pictures but I have yet to get them.
After we hung up, I had a strawberry/OJ smoothie.
Supper was three tomatoes and then a simple romaine salad with Best Nonfat Mango Dressing from Instant Raw Sensations. That is a really good uncookbook and it’s one of the perks of a membership on the forum.
Well, I was hoping that the Seahawks would win for my sister who lives in the Seattle area but it doesn’t look like they are going to. I haven’t been watching the game but I’ve been checking in every now and then.
Better get ready for bed. Good night!
