I had my head covered up this morning and slept through the alarm. It was a full hour later when I woke up. And I’d gone to bed on time!

I didn’t BodyFlex but I did all the other exercises except for six minutes on the HealthRider and I did that this afternoon.

Breakfast was OJ and a banana/blueberry/kale smoothie. This is the last day of the 31 Day Green Smoothie Challenge but I’ll probably continue to drink them. It’s an easy way to get my greens in my diet.

Break was two Honeybelles. Lunch was bananas, cucumber, and celery.

When I got home, I had some OJ, then a mango. It was pretty big but the seed was smaller than any I’ve ever seen. It was less than 1/4″ thick and very flat. The mango was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever eaten but decent for this time of year.

I needed to do something with my garbanzo sprouts so I found a recipe for raw hummus here and followed it closely. I put 1/2 tsp (scant) sea salt and enough cumin to season a small horse. It didn’t taste too bad so I got out some romaine to make rollups. I ate one small piece and tossed the rest. I put the leftover hummus in the fridge to see if the flavors will blend and improve it. I had a couple of tomatoes chunked up and that was that.

Better go get ready for bed. It’s getting close to time to meet the challenge.
