I got to bed at 9:45 last night and read until three minutes ’til 10. I’m aiming for that tonight so I’ll have to hurry.
I exercised and did my 5 minutes each on the NT and HR. Breakfast was OJ and a banana/blueberry/spinach smoothie. Break was a huge organic navel orange. Lunch was bananas, half a cherimoya, and half a cucumber.
I was finally able to get my order from the organic co-op. Everything was beautiful, though there were a few things that were left off. I still have lots of food to eat without the other. I got nine nice mangos and gave one of them to the person who brought it to me. That is, we met about 10 minutes away from where I work. I wonder if people think we are up to no good. We hop out of our vehicles and transfer the food and then we are on our separate ways.
When I got home, I unloaded everything, then had OJ and some romaine rollups with avocado, tomato, and red bell pepper. I seasoned them a little with garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and chili powder. They were okay but not something I’ll make again.
I need to post my food and get ready for bed. Good night!
