I’m tempted to go on to bed but the bulletin isn’t finished. I don’t like to wait until Friday to print it off because that doesn’t give me enough time to proof it thoroughly. I feel that the bulletin, along with a lot of other things, is representative of the church and I want it to be as good as I can make it. The only things I need to get it all done are the scripture, hymns, and sermon title. I was tempted to put in “To be announced” but I wouldn’t want to do that. Next week, I’ll be on the fifth day of Frederic Patenaude’s 21 Day Challenge so I’ll have to go on to bed, no matter what. One of my goals is to be in bed by 10 o’clock every night. I’d like to make it earlier, if possible.
I got up and exercised this morning and had my breakfast of OJ and a smoothie of bananas, blueberries, and half a bag of spinach.
Break was one of the organic oranges. It was the size of a small grapefruit. I shared it with some of the girls. A couple of them turned it down. Go figure.
Lunch was 1/4 cherimoya (I shared it with one of the lunch bunch and she liked it), bananas, cucumber, celery, and the rest of the Campari tomatoes.
When I got home, I had OJ, then a bowl of tomatoes, and after that I ate half a cucumber and some orange sweet pepper. Then I had a couple spoonfuls of cashew “cheese”.
I need to log my food on fitday and then I think I’ll get ready for bed anyway.
