I got up and measured and found that I’ve lost another 2.25″ this week overall. Wish that was in my waist but it just keeps hanging around. I lost absolutely nothing in my waist. Guess that’s better than gaining, though.

Pre-Smoothie

Ingredients

Breakfast was a OJ/strawberry/spinach smoothie. It was the last of the strawberries. They were really good and I hate it that they are gone. Maybe I’ll be able to get some more this week. The weather should be warm enough for the people to be out selling them. The mark on the container shows where a quart is.

Later, I had another smoothie. This time, it was banana/blueberry. Then I had some cucumber. Suppertime, it was a banana smoothie and some dates. I almost forgot that I ate a couple of raw potatoes sliced thin and rinsed. They were so small that I counted them as one on fitday. A couple hours later, I had some OJ and a couple of Clementines.

My daughter called today and we had a good visit. I told her that I’d been working on pictures to put on here. I’ve been uploading what I got ready. I’ll be posting them over the next few days, a few at a time. I’ll have to find where they go so it will take awhile. In the meantime, my last pictures I took of me are in the December archives. Click on the link to the right and scroll down to the 24th. I have July as a comparison. The months were getting a little tedious to string all together.

Better get my food listed on fitday before I go to bed. Goodnight!

    It was delicious. I would have never used my last strawberries that way if it wasn’t going to be. 🙂
