I’m going to have to go to bed soon. My husband’s aunt’s service is tomorrow. The administrator told me that it’s no problem for me to go.
I exercised this morning. Breakfast was OJ and a banana/blueberry/celery smoothie. When I was leaving for the bank, the mail person was coming back and she had some strawberries. They were nice ones, fresh from Florida. I stopped and bought a flat. They were very reasonably priced. I shared some of one quart with the rest of the girls in the office and ate what was left–which was most of them.
Lunch was a white sapote, two large bananas, some dates, and two large stalks of celery cut into sticks.
I stopped on the way home to get some oranges and tomatoes. The tomatoes rang up at $40 for the box. I had to have them put back. That’s just a little too rich for my blood.
When I got home and unloaded everything, I had OJ, then some chili. After that, I had some marinated mushrooms and more celery with cashew cheese. I’m too full.
Twinkle drew the line at a venison medallion tonight. I mixed it with cat food and she’s eaten a little. I’m sure it will be gone by morning.
Better hit the hay.
How is the cashew cheese? That’s on my list of things to make this coming weekend.

Thanks for the sympathy. She would have been 94 today so she lived a long life.
The “cheese” is good. I don’t remember if I posted the recipe or not. I know I did on the forum. I made some changes in it the first of the year so let me know if you don’t have it and I’ll post it here.
