I couldn’t get online for the longest this morning. I thought it was just me until my good friend Sheila called and said she couldn’t, either.

I took a day off exercising. Breakfast was a small glass of OJ, a smaller than usual smoothie of bananas, blueberries, apple, and spinach. I didn’t take any dates with me since I had to play the organ and there would be no chance to slip out.

Church got out on time but it seemed longer because I was getting hungry. I came home and had a large glass of OJ. Then I had a fuyu and a Japanese persimmon. I fixed another smoothie of bananas and celery.

I had some mushrooms in the fridge that needed to be used so I cleaned them, cut them in quarters, and marinated them in lime juice, olive oil, and sea salt.

Later on in the afternoon, I had another small glass of OJ. I was tempted to do the chili again but then I decided to go back to my usual bowl of tomatoes. I checked the mushrooms and they were less than impressive. I finally squirted a little Braggs on them and that helped the taste if not the nutrition.

After the ‘shrooms had time to finish, I had some with romaine. That’s been it for the day.

I was down to 139.5 this morning but you already knew that if you checked out my fitday account.

I haven’t reported on my cat’s progress lately. She is up to a little over 50% raw now. I can mix a medallion with 1/4 can of 9 Lives and she’ll eat it. Some days, she has chicken and sometimes I’ll mix ground beef with the cat food. She doesn’t like that as well as the prepared raw food but it stretches it and gives her variety. I’m hoping that I won’t have to buy any more canned cat food. We’ll see. She has a pretty good supply right now.

Better get to bed! Time’s a’wastin’!
