After my Close Encounter with the Deer Kind yesterday, I forgot to say that I’d been to my mother’s grave and she looked pretty as ever. I’ll have to post a picture of her stone one of these days.
I did my exercises this morning but didn’t exercise my eyes. I’m going to have to set aside one day a week to do that.
Breakfast was OJ, a persimmon, and a banana/blueberry/spinach smoothie. Break was medjools. Lunch was cucumber, Clementines, persimmons, and bananas.
I left work early and went and bought some Evian that had coupons that expire after tomorrow.
When I got home, I had grapefruit juice, tomatoes, and a raw pizza. This time, I’d made it with the leftover spaghetti sauce from day before yesterday. It was good. I topped it with green onion and orange bell pepper. When I got it out of the dehydrator, I drizzled cashew “cheese” over it. I’m full!
I took a long soak in the tub and it dawned on me that I used to do that last winter to get warm. I must have better circulation this year because I haven’t had to do that. The house isn’t any warmer than it was, either.
I’m going to get to bed early tonight for sure but first I need to update my fitday account.
Hi Tommie,
i just wanted to thank you for sharing your blog with the world. Your experiences have been inspirational for me and I’ve enjoyed reading your archives as I gear up to head back down the “raw” path January 1st.
Thanks again!
Amy
I noticed I was a lot warmer when I converted to a mainly whole food diet a few year ago. When I increased my intake of raw foods my energy went up. It has always been high. I don’t need too much sleep these days then again I never did.
Wishing you a fabulous New Year.
I’m glad it might be helpful to you. Good luck with getting back on track with raw!
