26 weeks and counting!

It’s almost 11 and I’m not in bed yet. There were four young girls baptized this evening in a little town about 20 miles from where I work–opposite from home. I went and got drafted to play the piano. It was over fairly early but I had to eat when I got home, plus I had several things to do to get ready to go to my son’s place tomorrow.

I exercised my body but not my eyes this morning.

Breakfast was OJ, a white sapote, a persimmon, and a banana/spinach smoothie. Trying to get those greens in! Break was dates and lunch was a Clementine, bananas and dates.

As I said before, I didn’t come straight home. After the baptism, I headed home and was so zoned in that I went straight through a roadblock. I saw two police cars off to one side, which isn’t unusual in this part of the country and there was an officer over by a car but it didn’t occur to me that it was a roadblock. One of the officers took out after me and I pulled over as soon as I could which wasn’t very because the shoulder isn’t very wide at all. I showed him my license and he wanted to know where I was going in such a hurry. I told him that I was going home and that I was driving the speed limit. I also told him that I’d been to a baptism. He told me to be careful and have a Merry Christmas and I went on my way. I guess he could tell that I hadn’t been drinking.

When I got home, I had some grapefruit juice and a bowl of tomatoes. I didn’t have time to make/eat a salad so I had an avocado–a very small one. The white sapote that came the other day are getting ripe so I had a large one that was almost the size of a small orange. They aren’t listed on fitday so I had to set it up as a custom food. It’s based on the size I’ve been eating. This one was twice that so I counted both of the ones I ate today as three.

I have a new wrinkle going. A fellow by the name of Scott left a comment that he would like to see my account on fitday so I have decided to make it public. You can see a summary here. It doesn’t give my percentages but if anyone is interested, I can still post those. The stats for previous days are in the comment section of the blog.

I think I should get to bed before it gets any later.
