If I don’t watch out, it’s going to be another late night. I keep telling myself that I’m going to bed early but it never works out. Maybe I shouldn’t aim for it and then I’ll hit it by accident.
I didn’t BodyFlex this morning because I was running my car on fumes and needed to stop and get fuel. It takes just a few minutes extra and that gave it to me.
Breakfast was OJ, a persimmon, and a banana/blueberry smoothie.
When I got to work, I hit the reports again and this time, I was fresh and ready to think it through. I managed to get a year’s worth of data graphed and e-mailed it to the administrator. It was just what the consultants wanted and I was gratified. Praise the Lord!
Break was dates. Lunch was more dates and bananas.
When I got home, I juiced some grapefruit. Then I got the chicken breasts out that I’d bought yesterday and proceeded to carve one up and bag it into snack baggies which then went into a freezer bag. I kept enough out for my cat for her supper. The other two breasts went into a bag and back into the fridge. I’ll cut them up later. They are good where they are until the 21st. Then they have to be cooked or frozen.
After I cleaned up, I had a bowl of tomatoes. A couple of days ago, I made some Mexican spread with sunflower seeds. I wasn’t too impressed with it but things sometimes improve with age. It did, so I had a couple of romaine rollups with the spread.
I’m still hungry. Think I’ll have some avocado. That isn’t a good combination but once in awhile, I’m known to stray outside the pale.
This is going to be it for tonight. Fitday will have to wait another day.
