I got up on time this morning and did all my exercises.
Breakfast was orange juice, part of a mango (the rest went on the compost pile), a persimmon, a kiwi, and a banana/blueberry smoothie.
Mid-morning break was dates. Lunch was bananas and dates.
When I got home, I had grapefruit juice followed later by tomatoes. I had a salad, then a rollup of nori with mashed avocado and a bit of Marmite to flavor it.
Not much else to report except to say that I have set a record today with calories. I topped 2,000 by 61. Fat was 10% and protein was 7%.
