It’s past my bedtime so I’ll make this brief.
I had a large bowlful of tomatoes followed by a banana smoothie and some dates.
I’d recorded several things I wanted to watch so I caught up on that and then had my Saturday night date with Monk.
Calories for the day were 1406, 15% fat, 9% protein.
