I should be in bed since I have to leave an hour early in the morning. I’ll briefly go over my day.
Exercised, both body and eyes. Breakfast was a banana/blueberry smoothie and a peach. Mid-morning snack was five medjool dates. Lunch was three bananas and some wet pack dates (all three varieties).
I was power walking down the hall and someone told me that I’m getting skinny. Not quite, but it’s nice to hear. I weighed 147.5 this morning for 40 lubs total recycling.
When I got home I had a glass of grapefruit juice, a big bowl of tomatoes, and a huge salad.
Calories for the day were 1576. 15% fat. 7% protein.
