It was fairly late when I got to bed last night. It was nice not to have to get up early this morning. I lay in bed and snoozed to my heart’s content.

I didn’t do a lick of exercise of any kind. Breakfast was a kiwi and a banana/blueberry smoothie.

My sister called and said that they would meet me at the cemetery and told me what time. The sister who had called me last night had never been able to get in touch with my oldest sister so I told her I’d call her.

I got to the cemetery first, then maybe 15 minutes later, the others got there. From there, we went on to the momument place.

Decisions were made and then the lady who was helping us and I found out that we knew many of the same people. We had a nice visit.

Another sister, her daughter and grandson joined us and we caught them up on what we had decided.

Goodbyes were said and we went our separate ways. I had to pick up a couple of things, then I came on home and changed into my Halloween outfit. Back in ’87, I had dressed up as the FTD man, complete with wings on my head and heels. I’d done it once since then and brought him back today because of popular demand.

On the way to work, I ate three bananas.

I don’t know what it is about the FTD man, but everyone got a big kick out of “him”. One of the employees said that if she were skinny as me (?) she would do something like that, too. I had on a T-shirt, tights, and biking shorts with the headband with wings and the running shoes with more wings. I couldn’t staple the wings to the shoes so I took a page out of my mother’s book and got out the glue gun. They stayed on! The headband was so tight that I felt like my head was in a vise. When I left work and took it off, my head looked like Frankenstein’s Monster’s head.

I was getting quite hungry so I came home and ate a bowl of tomatoes followed by a huge salad of Boston, romaine, red lettuce, cucumber, green onions, parsley, avocado, tomato, and lime juice.

My calories for the day were 1243, 15% fat and 8% protein.
