It’s been a long day and I’m ready to go to bed.
I woke up before the alarm went off this morning. Hied me out of bed and did my vision therapy and exercised all but BodyFlex.
Breakfast was a kiwi and a banana/blueberry/date smoothie which I finished on the way to work.
I had my mid-morning watermelon in my office.
There was a department head meeting right at my lunch time so I took my salad with me. I wasn’t the only one to eat during the discussion, for which I was glad. Mine was definitely the noisiest because the cafeteria served limp french fries and other food of an undetermined origin.
I stopped by Farmer John’s to leave the bags only to find the gates up. I went over the little bank and left them behind a rocking chair.
When I got home, I peeled some Roma tomatoes and put some sea salt and garlic powder on them. They weren’t half bad but not nearly as good as the tomatoes I’ve been having.
Later, I squeezed a couple grapefruit and had some juice. When that had had time to settle, I drank some Egg Nogh. It’s one of Doug Graham’s recipes and I’m not too impressed. It’s bananas, dates, plus I put in some water, and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
My calories added up to 1583 with 13% fat and 8% protein.
