Am about ready to “fly up”. I slept in this morning after the late night out. I forget what time it was but it may have been as late as 8:45.
I didn’t do any BodyFlexing or vision therapy (the first time I’ve missed that). I did everything else in my routine, though, so I wasn’t completely without exercise.
Breakfast was a big bowl of watermelon. Later, I had pineapple, dates, and a banana/blueberry smoothie.
My daughter called and we talked for something like an hour and a half and got caught up on each other’s lives.
A few hours later, I had a couple of bananas and some dates.
After that had time to settle, I had a large bowl of tomatoes. While they were digesting, I made a large salad and some of Matt’s dip. The salad proved to be a little too tart since I’d used quite a bit of lime juice so I blended it up to drink and it was still too much. There wasn’t a whole lot left, maybe less than a cup, so I poured it out. I had some celery with Matt’s dip.
My calories were 1422 with 11% fat and 8% protein.
My weight was down to 147.5 lubs this morning but I’m not going to chart that since it was so late. BTW, when I write “lubs”, I hope everyone has read through my blog. When I was a child, I thought that “lub” was the pronunciation of “lb.”
I measured and have lost another 3/4 inch. Not much, but better than nothing–or getting bigger.
I surely can tell a difference without the air purifier. I’m glad I won’t have to be without it for long.
Better get to bed. Tomorrow’s a school day!
