I got up before the alarm went off this morning. I had time to do all of my exercises and vision therapy, too.
Breakfast was a banana/mango/blueberry smoothie. It was better than the last one. The mango was marginally more ripe. It kept me going until I had my watermelon break in the sun.
The Crew ate lunch at the picnic table. It was somewhere in the low 90’s but there was a nice breeze blowing. I had my large romaine/Boston/tomato salad with lime juice and Onion Bread with some of Matt’s dip. One of the nurses smokes and she lit up after she got through. I was in the line of smoke some of the time. I held my breath a lot.
I wore one of my new tops and a new pair of slacks and got compliments. The slacks are supposed to be stretch pants and they did stretch. They are almost too big already.
It was salsa time when I got home. I made a double batch so I can have some for my office and some for the Crew.
Supper was a big bowl of chunked up tomatoes followed by a peach some 20 minutes later, then a banana smoothie.
My calories are 1349 (or thereabout), fat is 15% and protein is 8%. The fat is right at the top of the absolute maximum. I’ll have to behave myself tomorrow.
Better get this posted and do the dishes.
