I had two cups of my niece’s concoction and ate supper. Since I’ve seen all the Tom Selleck Magnum P.I. DVDs, I had a date with Tony Shalhoub tonight. It was Mr. Monk and the Red Herring. I think. Anyway, it was good.

Supper was a mango and a banana smoothie. I figured I’d eat light. My calorie count ended up being around 1400 calories, 14% fat and 7% protein.

My sister looked at the pictures on here and thinks it looks like I’ve lost more than 29 lubs. I may have built more muscle and that would show up as less weight loss since muscle weighs more than fat. At any rate, I am trying for good health and well-being. With that, I’d better go to bed.
