I got up earlier than usual this morning so I had plenty of time to BodyFlex and put in some time on the Nordic Track and Healthrider, too.
I wasn’t going to upload the picture of the smoothie but it was so dark and rich-looking (and tasting) that I couldn’t resist.
Breakfast was a smoothie of [...]

I overslept this morning so breakfast was on the run. While I fixed my lunch I munched on a couple of bananas, a red plum, five almonds, and 1/3 avocado. No sunflower seeds!
Lunch was too much salad, corn chowder, and watermelon. I’d filled a plastic bowl with mixed baby greens and baby spinach, both organic. [...]

I forgot to add I sampled the “ice cream” this morning after it had spent the night in the freezer. If anything, it improved it. It’s still too cold. If I make it again, I’ll only use two cups total of ingredients. I’d used three and the recipes call for four but it about ran [...]

This morning I ate three bananas, the last five cherries, and some sunflower seeds. That did me until lunch which was good because I had a very stressful morning. I was hit with problems as soon as I got to my desk and they went on through lunch.

Breakfast this morning was a smoothie of bananas, pineapple, pear, and cherries. It was better than the others I’ve made though all of them have been pretty tasty except for the blended salads. YUCK!

I had some sunflower seeds, too. Just can’t seem to get away from them.
My lunch [...]

I didn’t eat supper last night. My lunch “stayed with me” to the point that I wasn’t hungry at a reasonable hour so I decided I’d go to bed without anything else. I got a little headachey around 9 so I warmed up some water and put a few squirts of agave nectar in it. [...]

My lunch was a large salad. It was iceburg lettuce, romaine, organic grape tomatoes, celery, organic carrots, burpless cucumber, green onion, and avocado. I put Matt’s dip/dressing on it. It was yummy! I also had some of the okra. After that, I had a glass of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Later on, I had some [...]

I got up and BodyFlexed this morning. It’s available on DVD now and since my tape is beginning to show its age, I called the order line to see if I could get just the DVD but no! The only way I could get it was to pay for the whole thing again. The man [...]

Something that I forgot to mention that I had at lunch yesterday were some young, tender pods of okra. They were good, sweet, and crunchy. I got them at a popular fresh produce place in town and the girl who checked me out was a little underwhelmed with my 58 cent purchase.
