Breakfast this morning was a smoothie of bananas, pineapple, pear, and cherries. It was better than the others I’ve made though all of them have been pretty tasty except for the blended salads. YUCK!

I had some sunflower seeds, too. Just can’t seem to get away from them.

My lunch was a large salad with the rest of Matt’s dressing, mango, and watermelon. The mango and melon were dessert, not part of the salad. There were three others in the break room while I was eating (including Nancy) and they all sampled the dressing and pronounced it delicious. Nancy and one other person tried the mango and liked it, too.

I stopped and got some bananas–seems like I buy a lot of them these days. When I got home, I blended up enough to make three cups and set up the La Glaciere. It took a little more than 20 minutes to freeze them. I had been sampling through the hole in the top and decided it needed some flavor so I put in maybe 1/2 tsp. maple flavoring. After that mixed in, I messed up and put in some walnuts. Immediately it jammed and stopped. I turned it off since I didn’t want to break it and cleared the jam. I turned it back on and it ran okay that time but I didn’t let it run much longer. It made very creamy “ice cream” but it chilled my stomach. It was uncomfortable so I won’t be eating it very much.

The rest of it is stored in the freezer. I have more room since I took a lot of the bread that I had in there and gave it to the girls at work.

After I ate some of the ice cream, I had a small cucumber, a stalk of celery, and 1/2 a small avocado. That was three hours or so ago, so I think it will be okay to go to bed now.

It’s raining! We got over 2″ yesterday. Dennis isn’t through yet.
