I slept better last night than I have in some time. I forgot to take my vitamins and some of my supplements but one of the supplements (the one that’s supposed to give me energy) I only took in the morning, anyway. I hope to, eventually, get off all my supplements but I don’t think it would be a good idea to go cold turkey.
I’m in the process of eating breakfast. So far, I’ve had a couple of tablespoons sunflower seed, and two bananas (one large, one small). I’m through now. Also had some pineapple, a kiwi, 1/3 avocado, and some cantaloupe.
My wake-up time was an hour earlier than usual so I could exercise with Greer. It really does make me feel better. And it doesn’t make me sore. I could tell that I was doing something different since I had gone through the routine yesterday but it didn’t actually hurt. I think that most of the benefit comes through the deep breathing and the body sculpting is a bonus. It’s going to take some doing to sculpt this body.
